DEVELOPMENTS FOR 2027
2027 marks a pivotal year for Integral Engineering SW, with a focused plan to expand capability, strengthen compliance and position the business for larger, more complex opportunities across the South West. Throughout the year, Justin will be driving forward a series of major qualification and accreditation milestones designed to elevate the company’s technical standards and open the door to new markets.
A key priority for 2027 is achieving BS EN 1090 (UKCA/CE) accreditation, enabling the team to fabricate structural steel for developers, contractors and private clients, and to confidently enter competitive tenders. This accreditation will form the foundation for broader growth and ensure the business is operating at the highest recognised industry level.
Alongside this, Integral Engineering SW will work towards securing BS EN 1090 UKCA Marking, ensuring full compliance with the legal requirements for structural steel and aluminium. This step will give clients complete assurance that every project delivered in 2027 and beyond meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
To further strengthen technical capability, Justin will also be progressing WPQRs (Weld Procedure Qualification Records) to BS 15614 for all relevant joints, as well as welder qualifications to BS 9606 for individual welding personnel. These advancements will support the company’s ability to take on more specialised and structurally demanding work.
Together, these planned milestones form a clear, ambitious roadmap for 2027—reinforcing Integral Engineering SW’s commitment to quality, safety and professionalism, and positioning the business for a bold and confident future.
